WARNING OF USE:
When you click 'Misunderstood' or 'Expresionless' they won't fully appear, I am trying to fix this but until then I have made it so they show the emoticon regardless and way.

HOW TO USE:
To use, simply click the arrow beside 'View More Emoticons' on the emoticons panel and select 'NG Smileys'

About the bottom bit, I just wanted a reason to use all the smileys at once.
