The rules are this:

You can only create one topic, which you must edit to add new things. Any 'Double-Boards' will be deleted and the whole category will be deleted. Any reply other than by an Admin or Mod will also result in this.

WARNING OF USE:

When you click 'Misunderstood' or 'Expresionless' they won't fully appear, I am trying to fix this but until then I have made it so they show the emoticon regardless and way.

HOW TO USE:

To use, simply click the arrow beside 'View More Emoticons' on the emoticons panel and select 'NG Smileys'
